Music Minister

Jessica Boger is the daughter of Dr. Michael and Diana Jacobs. During high school, Jessica was youth worship leader for her church and Christian school. After high school, she attended Texas Bible College,where she was a TBI singer. Upon graduation, she returned home and shortly thereafter joined the staff of Church on the Rock as the bookstore manager . She currently serves as music minister and SummerCamp director. Jessica and her husband also help lead Foundations for 25-39 year olds. Jessica is married to Jacob Boger and they have a three handsome sons, Roman, Judah, and Justus.

Administrator / Children's Minister

B. Shaun Garing has a Bachelor of Arts in Education and taught eight years in the public and private school sectors. He joined the staff of Church on the Rock in 2000 and was ordained in 2002 along with his wife, Jenny, by Dr. Michael and Pastor Diana Jacobs. Currently, Shaun serves as a ministerial staff member and ministers in conferences concerning issues involving the local church. He is also president of Rock House Publishing, a Christian publishing house founded in 2005. Along with authoring several books, Shaun has written materials used in local churches, Bible schools, prison ministries, and on the mission field. His heart is to not only serve, but help equip those in the church to better serve their pastors and the local church vision as given by Jesus. Shaun is joined in ministry by his beautiful wife, Jenny, and three children; Olevia, Kloe, and Samuel.

Youth Minister

Jordan Jacobs is the son of Dr. Michael and Diana Jacobs. Jordan is a 2006 graduate of Christian Academy of Indiana and joined the staff of Church on the Rock in the summer of 2005. He serves as our Youth Minister and has been a member of the Music Ministry since 2000. He is the leader of the Quarry for 12-24 year olds , he also assists in annual events such as SummerCamp and Winter Retreat. Jordan graduated from Church on the Rock Bible Institute and is now pursuing a degree at Portland Bible College. He is married to Lauren Jacobs.

Physical Plant Manager

Dale Tillett and his wife, Arlene Tillett, have faithfully served under Pastors Michael and Diana Jacobs since 1978. Upon joining the staff as Physical Plant Manager, Dale took oversight of the upkeep and maintenance of the physical plant with the assistance of volunteer field assistants. He also serves as head of the Prayer Ministry at Church on the Rock.

Administrative Staff

Donna Atkins became a member of Church on the Rock in 1986 and joined the full time staff in 1990. As Office Administrator, she oversees the day to day operations of the church office. She also serves the local body in the organization of Womens Ministry activities and leads the Tuesday morning prayer group.

Arlene Tillett and her husband, Dale Tillett, have faithfully served under Pastors Michael and Diana

Jacobs since 1978. As church Production Manager, she oversees the production and distribution of media materials at Church on the Rock. Arlene also assists her husband with a variety of ministry responsibilities.
