KIDS ON THE ROCK

We would be honored to have the opportunity to minister to your child at K.O.T.R. K.O.T.R. is the children’s ministry at Church on the Rock and stands for Kids on the Rock. (Matthew 16:18)

While we are excited about helping establish your child in the Word of God, we also look forward to helping them find their giftings and anointings so they can become a blessing to their local church. (Psalm 127:3-4)

We do not believe K.O.T.R. services are “baby-sitting” services or less important than the services in the big sanctuary. God desires to move mightily through our children.

Kids on the Rock is dedicated to teaching and training children from six months of age to fifth grade. The six areas of emphasis at Kids on the Rock are:

The Word of God: A setting apart of our children through the Word of God. (Jn 17:17/1 Pt 2:2)

Worship: Leading children in praise and worship. (Mt 21:15-16/Jn 4:23)

Fellowship: Encouragement of fellowship with classmates and the Father. (Php 1:5/Heb10:24-25)

Discipleship: Teaching how to put the Word of God into action. (Is 54:13 AMP)

Evangelism: Going and sharing the Gospel. (Mk 16:15)

Ministry: Assisting the children in finding their part in the church body. (Ps 127:4/Eph 4:12)

Upcoming Events:

Beginning Sunday, April 21st - No Children's Church Services: Beginning Sunday, April 21st, we will be canceling our Children's Church services until further notice. Dr. Jacobs will be ministering of healing and we want our children to have opportunity to receive from their Pastor during these services.
